These earbuds sound really good. ANC and Ambient Aware are decent. In addition, the battery life on the buds themselves are excellent and the fit in my ear is really good. My issues with buds is that in my opinion, the charging case is more of a gimmick than a necessity because the charging case battery life is subpar and there is not really much benefit from using it to control the buds. Furthermore, the buds have a weird feature to where it auto defaults to having Ambient Aware mode on each time you connect your buds. Even if you take them out momentarily and put them back in, Ambient Aware will toggle back on. Lastly, the buds will randomly connect to my device while they are in the case. Hopefully, the issues I stated can be fixed with an update. Overall, these buds sound really good and have great battery life, but with the issues I stated, I would not recommend.

Controlling the earbuds via the case is clever, and I'm also pleased to have design options for the cover screen. My quibble is that Bluetooth has only permitted me to pair with my phone. I've tried several times and several different ways to pair with my personal and work laptops and can't. Online advice from several sources regarding the issue is to factory reset, but I would hate to risk losing the connection to my phone, too, and then need to exchange the earbuds. I'm keeping what I have because I mostly use them with my phone anyway.

I would have given these 4 stars if mine hadn’t been defective. I’m using them with a Galaxy S25, and overall, the experience was great — sound quality is very good, the fit is comfortable even with my small ear canals, pairing was simple, the JBL app works well, and the ANC performs as expected for this price range. Unfortunately, the right earbud developed a faulty amplifier that randomly bursts out painful, full-volume noise. JBL’s warranty service was quick and painless, but the defect itself was disappointing. I’d still recommend them, but I deducted one star because of the issue.

The headphones fit great, the case is awesome, the noise canceling is impressive but the sound is weak. They are not loud at all, they depend on the noise cancelling to make up the difference but for me it is not enough. My old JBL LIVE 300TWS blow them away. Not sure if I will keep them.

Sound is great but the screen stopped working on the case

Not happy with the JBL bluetooth because after a few weeks of wearing the earpiece it stop charging and i couldnt hear on it even after it did charge up. And the case would not charge even after leaving on charger for 24 hrs.

Wish i could rate these hogher because the sound is just everything i expected and more. But the natter of the case i have to charge every day as inuse them every day. The case feels like its constantly dead

Okay sound and gimmicky option to buds. I got to see if worth the price and no. Did not like the sound and was way too muddy for my daily listening. At first i thought the mini screen was good but found was completely useless for eveyday applications. There are better options out there for audio services. These do not work for me.

They sound incredible, the one problem i have is when they are in your pocket, the screen on the case unlocks all the time causing the settings to change.

Stereo sound breaks up into mono. Buds do not stay in my ears. I'm surprised it is a J L product.

I really want to like these. I’m a fan of JBL. But I couldn’t get a good seal, no matter what earbud tips I tried. These buds are comfortable and sound awesome. They just didn’t fit my ears right.

Great battery life,ANC is mid level.charges fast recommend for someone always on the go.

Average not that great need improvement,needs better connect ability

Loved the case and design, wanted to love them. Had good sound quality and were easy to use. However they kept falling out so I returned them.

When they're in they should amazing but they're constantly migrating out of my ears. I wish they fit better.

For the cost, they aren’t mind blowing. They fall out pretty easily. Sound is decent but again, not life changing. I expected a bit more.
