Great at adjustability between noise canceling to the eq. The customization is amazing.

Noise cancellation works like a charm on these, the only issue I have is if your pockets are kinda softer fabric and your leg is on the screen it may skip or stuff, but not bad at all

Bought it for my husband for Christmas. It seems to love them. Very clear when i call him. It told me the only thing bad is sometimes it doesn’t stay in his ears when he worked out.

I am very impressed with all the features these earbuds have to offer. The screen on the case can control many functions functions without using your phone. The EQ is easy to use to get the sound just right. The ambient aware mode lets you hear your music and hear what is going on around you, which is great for using these at work. My wife liked these so much she has these, too.

The best earbuds on the market! I use this to listen to music while bicycling. Smooth, clear with excellent base. Will strongly recommend this product.

Great pair of earbuds The bass Is so clean and clear and it’s well rounded in it sounds!!! Plus I love the the fact the case can adjust the eq without me having to go on my phone to adjust it!!!

I buy a lot of headphones. I probably spend more on them than on my tablets and phones. Unfortunately, these headphones were a disappointment. The sound was fine, but not exceptional (not as loud as my Air Pods), the touch function too sensitive, and the case was flimsy, notwithstanding the unusual touch screen functionality, which is more of gimmick than a useful function. I returned it to Best Buy after 10 days when the charging case just stopped taking a charge (unless you held the plug just right). FORTUNATELY, Best Buy gave me a no-questions asked refund. I will probably use my refunded rewards points to buy Sony or the new Air Pod Pro 3s, as I'm not taking another chance on JBL's headphone products.

Great earbuds with awesome sound quality and features. My new favorite buds for daily driver. I returned Samsung buds pro 3 for these and im glad i did. What are you waiting for go out and get yours.
