Your JBL Live Beam 3 utilize a feature called "Check My Best Fit" in the Headphones App. This feature will determine if you are using the correct ear tip size and the positioning within the ear canal. Please go to or download the JBL Headphones App, scroll down to "Check My Best Fit", and click to begin the process. Once you have accomplished a tight seal, if you still feel that the volume is low, another feature within the app is Personi-Fi. This is a quick test that enables the headphones to perfectly match your hearing capabilities.
