This is the second pair of JBL ear buds I've purchased. The first pair was great too, but less expensive but didn't have as many features, I'm glad I spent the money.

The worst earbuds I have ever owned

They will not stay connected to my brand new iPhone 17 Pro Max. Every single call.....it just stops working. People I'm speaking with can't hear me and they end up hanging up. I had such high hopes with all the bells and whistles of these earbuds......but they are an epic fail. This is my second and final set of JBL earbuds for me. Both sets have been horrible. These aren't inexpensive either! I have had earbuds that cost half this price that work ten times better. Don't waste your money.
