Right ear bud has problems charging after 2 months

However, the right ear bud has issues charging after two months of light use. It's also annoying to have to disconnect these from a device before connecting them to a different device.

Posted .You will need: cotton cloth or makeup swab, cotton swabs and rubbing alcohol. Also a pencil with eraser for further cleaning.
Use a cotton swab with some rubbing alcohol to clean the charging terminals of the headphones. Rotate the swab and scrub lightly on each contact surface, then use a cotton cloth to remove any dust and cotton residue left on the headphones. It is important to perform this process periodically to keep your headphones clean, thus avoiding affecting the charging speed/quality. Wipe the contact pins in the charging case with a clean cotton swab. The swab can be slightly moistened with rubbing alcohol, but it is important that the interior is completely dry before closing the box. Use the cotton cloth and wait for it to dry.

I could hear everything in my surroundings even though they supposed to be noise cancelling. The earbuds would be fine if they were priced at $60 but they cost $150. I am upset that i purchased these at that price.

By the time he got to open them, it was too late to get my money back or exchange them. The left earbud would not connect. So now I’m stuck with earbuds about to hit the trash.

Also as much as I charge them the battery dies rather quickly, like after 2 hours. Pretty disappointing sound and noise cancelling features as well.

Our JBL Live Free NC + TWS should have music playtime with BT on and ANC off: for up to 7 hours and music playtime with BT on and ANC on for up to 6 hours. To reconnect the earbuds with each other, place both units in the charging case while the lid is open and press the dedicated button found at the back twice. You can also reset the unit by pressing and holding the button at the back of the charging case while the earbuds are inside the case and the lid is closed. If you need more help, please contact us, so we can assist you.

Posted .Thanks for the feedback. The manual pairing procedure can resolve this. First, un-pair the one earbud that likely is paired to your mobile and working. You must forget the JBL Live Free NC+ TWS in your BT menu. Double press the small button on the charging case and this will manually connect both earbuds. Now turn your BT back on your mobile device and power on both the Left and Right earbuds which should automatically go into pairing mode and pop up on your discoverable BT devices. Choose the JBL Live Free NC+ TWS and now both earbuds should be reconnected to your device. If these steps do not fix the problem, please reach out to JBL Customer Service for technical support and assistance.

Bad don't buy
