    Comfortable, but not sure why this is marketed as noise-cancelling. You can hear everything around you regardless if ANC is on or off. I retuned these.

      Thank you for sharing your feedback with our JBL Tune 460NC. Please be informed that to activate the noise-canceling feature, press the dedicated ANC (Active Noise Cancelling) button on the headphones. You'll notice the LED indicator for ANC lighting up. You can toggle between on, off, or ambient modes. With ambient mode, you can still hear some external sounds if you need to be aware of your surroundings. You can also adjust the ANC mode using the JBL Headphones App. JBL

    Got these for my wife for Christmas and she almost had heart attack when her sister got her attention by tapping her shoulder. She has no idea she was in the room because she couldn't hear her. The noise cancelling works great. :)
