Good sound, not so good tech

Its really strange that happens.

Please try disabling the auto-play/pause feature in the JBL Headphones app. If that doesn't work, please do a factory reset: Turn the headphones On Press and hold "Volume +" and "Volume -" for more than 5 seconds, The headphones will turn off, and reboot to factory default. You may need to 'forget' the headphones in Bluetooth settings on your phone/tablet to pair them again. For further assistance, please contact us.

I raced to Best Buy before they closed on Monday and my plane took off the next morning. All this by way of saying that I would not choose these again. They did the job but did not equal my old ones, more than 20 years old. I did like the feature of wireless or ability to plug in my mp3.
