Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.these are actually good headphones, great quality and great noise canceling. but there are two things heavily holding this back. the siri activation feature is extremely buggy. every time i move the headphones they pause my music or video that i’m watching and it is extremely irritating. Not only that, they are uncomfortable. the price is not worth it for glitchy headphones that are uncomfortable.

Open a request for a replacement and it they replace it. After some weeks, the volume button on the replaced unit also stopped working (I never use this button since it’s always connected via Bluetooth). I opened a new request for replacement and this time the Customer support was terrible, giving me misleading information and being not very clear on the next steps - promising 2nd day air delivery and it’s been a week and I still don’t have my replaced headphone. Now they are saying they need to confirm the receipt with the carrier in order to start the replacement process, and the carrier is presenting a “slightly delay”. The messages they are sending are pre-written templates that one day say “X” the other day “for X, we need Y”. Don’t waste time buying this product because if you have any issues with the unit you will have a bad time fixing it with a robot customer support.

Painfull to wear because they fit soooo tight.

No adjustment for this, and you can't test fit before buting. I recomend you do not buy this model.
