The slightest touch to the outside makes the song pause. It was very annoying to workout in. Sounded like the music kept skipping. Not a huge fan.

The Bluetooth assistance keeps trying to connect when you move around. And when you take the headphones off it pauses the video you're watching. A little too small but pricing is average

Noise cancelling is only fair; without it engaged, the bass sounds muddy and hollow. For wired use, the cord is on the right side instead of the left like most headphones, and the slightest movement of it across anything is amplified in the right earpiece (think tin can and string telephones you made as a kid). Setup was a cinch, connectivity was never an issue, controls on the outside of the right earpiece are easily accessible. The deal-breaker, though, was lack of comfort. These headphones hurt. The earpieces clamped on my head much too tight, leaving red marks on my ears. I probably would have kept them had they been more comfortable, but I'll be returning these.

It came defective out of the box so I have to take it back. I wish everything worked because the sound quality was really nice. The size was reasonable for a workout but it wouldn’t stay on through a cardio exercise. I’ll have to reconsider and maybe go with a different brand.

More importantly, they are so small that a mild jostle can easily knock them out of alignment with my ears. They compensate for this by being super tight. It feels like my ears are being gently crushed. It’s fine for less than an hour, then the pain becomes noticeable and annoying. When you take them off or move them to readjust, the automatic pause feature activates so whatever I’m listening to pauses. If I do it three in a few seconds, the automatic pause just gives up and never resumes. The sound quality is good.

Its really strange that happens.

Please try disabling the auto-play/pause feature in the JBL Headphones app. If that doesn't work, please do a factory reset: Turn the headphones On Press and hold "Volume +" and "Volume -" for more than 5 seconds, The headphones will turn off, and reboot to factory default. You may need to 'forget' the headphones in Bluetooth settings on your phone/tablet to pair them again. For further assistance, please contact us.

But with all of the anc or the mic off thay are ok sound good but its both pares i would not Recommend do not buy sorry

Please be informed that to activate the noise-canceling feature, press the dedicated ANC (Active Noise Cancelling) button on the headphones. You'll notice the LED indicator for ANC lighting up. You can toggle between on, off, or ambient modes. With ambient mode, you can still hear some external sounds if you need to be aware of your surroundings. You can also adjust the ANC mode using the JBL Headphones App.

Always get the latest driver version available for your Laptop. To download the correct driver (software), visit the manufacturer's website of your Laptop. They usually have a "Support/Download" section where you can find the correct driver. Otherwise, we advise you to contact their support.

Please do a manual pairing by turning off and on the headphones and checking with your device's Bluetooth settings if the JBL Live 460NC is visible. Music cuts out and stops

I read other reviews before buying them, saying that the music randomly cuts out or if you go upside down the music stops, but I thought that was just a personal case. I WAS WRONG. The cutting in and out is getting so annoying that I am returning them. Sad it had to happen... On the plus side, the battery life is INSANELY GOOD.
