Defective..

I’ve attempted every outlet in my house and even different extensions. I even left it connected for hours hoping for a miracle.. My first day and It resulted defective. I am probably very unlucky.. but I will see if Best Buy will exchange it for a new one. I was really looking forward to my PB 100..
