My wife wanted a portable speaker with easy microphone connectivity for karaoke. This speaker serves that purpose. It's very easy to connect any device to it for bluetooth playback. The JBL app to control the lights is also a nice touch.

If you are gonna buy one, just buy two. Connect them up for a real music experience. Just buying the one has been fun but now with two .. crazy good

I bought a smaller JBL speaker years ago and it worked real well for 4-5 years. Since then my family and I became JBL fans. I have had this speaker a little over a year now and it works like new. We love it!

The versatility is extraordinary. I can play my guitar with the music by plugging into the box. The bass is clear and does not overpower the song. Phenomenal item.

Bought as a gift for a friend and now I’m jealous cause it’s louder than my Monster speaker. So now I’m just going to buy one for myself and keep the Monster in the basement for a backup.

The sound is great. I like how it is portable. You can bring outside without needing to plug in an outlet and it would last for hours.

Went to go purchase a Bose speaker but I stumbled upon this JBL speaker and it was the last one, loud if this is what you are looking for quality loud sound this is it.

Gets loud and the bass boost have two levels with the second level getting very boomy. My wife used this speaker for a 50 person zumba event and it was plenty loud enough for the event. Great purchase, might even get a second one we like it so much

Really good sound for a speaker within this price point. I wish it had the option to connect with other JBL speakers in the non-partybox model lineup, but otherwise it has great balance and volume.

Sound quality is great, i have yet to test battery life as i have only used it a couple hours at a time. The only thing is, i wish it would have came with a Mic, have not seen many otpions for after market wireless mics online.

JBL speakers have never failed. I got it for a bbq in my large backyard. The sound quality was excellent and could be heard everyone. The pick up was easy and convenient for pick up in store.

Bought this open box and it said excellent etc. but the lights do not work. Best buy gave me an additional discount for the misrepresentation and the sound quality is still great. Overall very happy with the speaker

No need to buy separate speaker for karaoke. This is awesome, you can bring it everywhere.
