I returned the fist speaker to Best Buy which they handled everything very well. The second speaker had the same problem, called JBL Tech Support and they could not help find a solution, went back to Best Buy Burnsville store, the young man at the service counter was very polite and helpful, he asked if he could try and he succeded connecting. He then connected both my wife's phone and mine. I returned to my home and the speaker would not connect!!!!!!!!!! I took the speaker for a ride in my car and got it to connect, played music on it on return trip to my home, and took into to the house playing music. It has worked ever since. Not sure if my house has interference on a Bluetooth channel that it starts out with to connect. Have Rebooted the Phone and it still works. First Time I have every had problems with a Bluetooth connection! The Best Buy Support helped it get the fourth star!
