My only complaint is that what i bought it for, it wont work out. Description says 15 hrs of battery life. I charged it overnight, took it to work the next day and here we go. I turned it on at about 8 am, turned the light feature off, played it at about 60% volume, and it died at 1:30. For my purposes, I need something to last 8-5, wihout charging it.

You may leave your JBL PartyBox 100 plugged in since there's no harm in leaving the unit plugged in all the time to maximize the power output of the unit. Here are the specs of your JBL PartyBox 100; Woofer 30W x 2 tweeter 15W x 2 with AC mode and Woofer 18W x2 tweeter 10W x 2 with Battery mode.

Today I walked through purchasing an "Open box" item in fair condition. Though when I looked at my confirmation shortly after, it revealed that the price and condition of the product were both changed, and had cost more then what I should've payed. After spending about an hour or more at Best Buy seeking help regarding the product, I watched their online "Open Box" availability, literally, manually manipulated in real-time. One minute it showed the item available for purchase at multiple location in "fair condition," though all while he's says he has one, though not at that price. The manager was unable to give explanation for what we both witnessed together as we tried to find resolution. Thanks, Best Buy.

I wished I had the opportunity to return it but I left town and there was no Best Buy around to return it where I vacationed at.
