Out of nowhere, the sound cut out and now there is only a ticking noise coming from the top right speaker. The speaker is still connected as the lights are dancing to the music (that should be playing) but nothing I seem to do can get the sound back on again. I've tried connecting other devices to the speaker and did a factory reset but every time the unit powers back on, I get lights and the ticking noise. For the price of this unit, you shouldn't have these issues with a product right out of the box. I'll be taking this back to Best Buy tomorrow and since there are no more in stock, I'll have to get a refund. I guess I'll bite the bullet and spend twice as much for the SoundBoks.

Not happy with Battery life (as advertised)

Iv had it for a lil over a month picked it up July 4th and I'm weighting this Aug 23 I had it at my volleyball tourney yesterday started at 7am by 1pm in the afternoon it cut off it dosnt say bass boost off lights off nothing just sat 18 hour battery and I do have those features off by the way just have the volume all the way up even with the volume all the way up it should last at least 12 hours this thing EMORMOUS...

sound is good but connect to car no good
