TWS feature unusable
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.If you are buying two of these expecting to use them in stereo with the True Wireless Stereo (TWS) feature, don't. This feature consistently becomes unsynced between the speakers so then one is playing a split second off from the other one. TWS will work fine for 10-20 minutes but I've experienced the issue 100% of the time I've listened to music for more than 30 minutes, and sometimes in as little as 5 minute. TWS is essentially unusable. Maybe the updated 310s will resolve this issue with a better Bluetooth version

Big disappointment
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.bought this speaker and was delivered in less than 2 days, it sounded great...for less than 10 minutes. Out of nowhere, the sound cut out and now there is only a ticking noise coming from the speaker. The speaker is still connected as the lights are dancing to the music (that should be playing) but nothing I seem to do can get the sound back on. did a factory reset but every time the unit powers back on, I get lights and the ticking noise. For the price of this unit, you shouldn't have these issues with a product right out of the box. Now have to deal with the hassle of getting a refund.

Terrible instore and over phone customer service
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Showed up after store opened to request a speaker they said was in stock. Waited an hour just to be told that its here somewhere. Was informed to order online and just pick up later that day. Well 8 hrs goes by store closed still no response. Showed up following day still no response on a speaker. I already purchased. Was then told to have it shipped to my house.....
