Banging lil box!!

Ran 4 hours full volume, neighbor 300ft away came over and asked to lower it a lil he couldn't hear the tv in his house. Didn't realize it was that loud... Sorry Mike the neighbor! Ran another 6 hours at half volume was still loud enough for us all to hear at the bbq and bring good vibes. The sound quality is great. Didn't expect that much bass and clarity when running off battery. Was thinking about getting another as you can daisy chain them but after today one is enough for outdoors. Still might get the 2nd one to have one outside and one inside.
I would recommend this to a friend No Boom for the Buck.

Clear resonating music that will fill any space. JBL app is simple but robust. EQ, DJ sound Effects, Light effects and Volume controls at your fingertips. Wheels and and the extended handle make it very easy to move the speaker anywhere. great product. Battery Life is great too.

Purchased in Late April and when the speaker is powered on it just clicks. Can use for sound and mic id you don't mind the clicking. I mind the clicking for the amount paid, this should not even be happening.

Stopped turning on

Used it a handful of times, it stopped turning on. It’ll be 2 years in may since the purchase. Not sure if it’s defective or if it’s the norm for this product.

Not a huge improvement on the 110.

Was jn the store for about three hours. Complete waste of my day. Said the geek squad went through it, they obviously didnt even turn it on.

We also recommend trying to connect it with a different device or play audio using a different application. You may also try doing a Factory Reset by pressing and holding the Volume and Play buttons for more than ten seconds while it is on. You may need to forget it to pair it again. If I had to nitpick, I would wish the wheels are a little bigger since this equipment is fairly heavy rolling around grassy/unequal grounds.

The battery lasts a long time and pairs nicely with my charge 5 speakers. The microphone plug in the back was very convenient for a wedding as I was able to use the speaker as a PA system.

Check the charging port as well as the power cable if there are physical damages that prevent the speaker from charging properly. If the problem persists, please contact us, so we can assist you in checking your warranty.

The lack of bass might be caused by the sonic quality of your source, depending on what you are listening to, EQ Settings, Source Device, and the woofer not functioning properly. If you're using an EQ, you may try to turn it off, or if not, try turning it on and boosting the bass. Try to connect the speaker to a different device (phone/tablet/music player) to see if it fixes the problem. You may also reset the speaker by turning on the speaker, pressing and holding the "Volume +" and "Play" for more than 10 seconds until the speaker turns off. You may need to 'forget' the speaker in Bluetooth settings on your phone/tablet in order to pair it again.
