Great speaker! I'd give it 4.5 stars if I could. It has excellent bass and the overall depth of sound is really good. The app is fairly easy to use, and the settings, while relatively simple do provide some extra control over levels. I've read reviews that said the sound clarity was not the best, but compared with other similar speakers, I found these to be superior in quality. The better sounding speakers tend to be much smaller, or much more expensive. The lighting effects are just ok, but aren't a big priority for me. The one thing I'd say is a slight drawback is that when the speaker cabinet is upright, there is really no stereo effect, but that's to be expected with vertically aligned speakers, and why I'll be buying a second one soon!

As I'm sure you've already read, the sound is great. I also appreciate the attention to detail on the little things. For example, when adjusting the volume, the speaker uses the light on the top speaker to indicate the level. With each of the button's on top, not only are they lit...but the lighting indicates the level they are currently set. I'm not sure what the limit is, but we've had 2 phones connected at the same time. When you hit play on one phone, it paused the other one that was playing. However, it appears that only one phone can be connected via the JBL app at a time. The app is used to control the lights, DJ sound effects, etc. The speaker appears to be well built. There's no flimsy buttons or dials. It's a solid device. It arrived with 70% battery power, which was nice. It's unfortunate that the prices just went up another $50. This is not just at Best Buy, but even at JBL. It's a very difficult speaker to find in inventory. I had to check back several times each day for weeks before it finally became available. Good luck!

I love this thing. Got it open box excellent condition for $343, and it’s the best value audio equipment I’ve ever purchased. Sound is full and loud with surprising bass for a speaker with only 2 6 1/2” woofers. Everyone who has heard it has been amazed. Can be rolled wherever you want and seems to have great battery life. Sound takes a marginal hit when on battery, but is still exceptional for a truly wireless device. Bluetooth connection is strong. About the only thing that would make this any better would be airplay 2. That would really round out this speaker and make it an absolute must-have. If you are on the fence, I say go for it.

This speaker is amazing ! Great bass and you can wheel this thing around anywhere ! Battery life is outstanding. I guarantee you can let this thing rip all day long with no battery issues what so ever !

excellent speaker for the money. Its and easy setup using the app and also just streaming via bluetooth. sound quality is amazing for the area we use outside. It covers the whole pool area and than some. When they finally come back in stock i will be looking to purchase another one to ballance out the volume.

Purchase of this JBL speaker was worth every single penny spent. Phenomenal sound quality. Bass does not override vocals. Range far exceeded my expectations, battery life is a plus, and it’s easy to handle when transporting.

Yes it is pricey, but the sound is so well balance it sounds awesome. I have used it for family gatherings. And everyone loves the amazing sound and light show it displays. It is a little on the heavy side so I stongly recommend to go with the 310 which has the wheels and handle. Very loud and awesome speaker.

This speaker has far exceeded my expectations. I have had it for about a year now and it is very durable and way louder than I anticipated. My wife tells me I have no business having it in the house (which means it was a good purchase) I would definitely recommend. It also pairs well with my tv for sports games

Love it. I was a little worried about ordering something this expensive, based solely on reviews. Figured if I didn't like it I could return it. That ain't gonna happen! The sound is really good. The bass is really really good! Although the partybox app does not include an equalizer, there are plenty of third party apps you can use to boost the mids and highs. The unit paired easily with my phone and is very versatile with the ability to add microphones and/or a guitar thru 1/4 inputs. (This can be good or bad depending on who's singing)! I also can sync it with other speakers in my house by using the 3.5mm input from an echo device via the alexa app. The build quality seems to be very good and the design of the unit was well thought out. I could go on and on, but I would much rather listen to it than write about it:) I would recommend this speaker to anyone.

I totally love the sound very high quality, the light show and most importantly you can carry it wherever you want. Before I got this one I bought a different brand, but I ended up returning it. A little pricey but I still think it was what I wanted. Wort the wait to get it !
