Love this portable beastie! This has great sound and thumps. Has good highs and lows. Great for parties or karoake. Has inputs on the back for both a mic and a guitar. can adjust volumes separately. There is a jbl app that can be used also to adjust EQ, play with color patturns of the lights on the party box. This the largest of the speakers that is battery powered. The larger ones have to be plugged in. It also has wheels and an extendable hand to roll this thing as it is descently heavy. Can also be placed on a speaker stand. Can connect via bluetooth or aux plug. I love this thing.

Amazing speaker! It took me 10 months to finally get this as it was constantly out-of-stock at all online retailers. The speaker connects easily via bluetooth to my Android phone and yes, this speaker is loud - if you want it to be! It's strong points are definitely in the mid-range to low sounds; i.e., songs with bass are excellent. It does lack a little bit on high notes (treble) but nothing to steer you away from purchasing this product. This is a great backyard/pool speaker and I recently just brought it to a birthday party - everyone made a comment on how awesome it was. So, if you can actually find one to buy, I recommend it!

The JBL PartyBox 310 is an absolute powerhouse when it comes to portable party speakers. From the moment you turn it on, it delivers deep, punchy bass and impressively clear highs that easily fill both indoor and outdoor spaces. Whether you’re hosting a backyard party or just want to elevate your personal listening experience, this speaker brings serious energy. One of its standout features is the built-in light show. The customizable LED lights sync perfectly with the music, adding a fun, club-like atmosphere without feeling over-the-top. It’s a small touch that makes a big difference in setting the mood. Battery life is another major win. With up to 18 hours of playtime, it keeps the music going all day and well into the night. Plus, the splashproof design means you don’t have to stress about using it near a pool or during a casual outdoor hang. Portability is surprisingly good for its size. The built-in wheels and sturdy handle make it easy to move around, even though it packs a lot of power. Setup is simple, and the Bluetooth connection is stable and quick. Overall, the JBL PartyBox 310 strikes a great balance between sound quality, features, and durability. It’s not the smallest speaker out there, but if you want something that can truly drive a party, it’s hard to beat.

So I have used it as a Bluetooth speaker and its sound is good by itself. It hits pretty low frequencies and has a cool light show to go with it. I like that the volume and levels are displaced as a lighted ring around the woofer. The speaker does best with EDM and other non busy Genres of music, and tends to get muddy the more complex the music becomes. I could imagine wiring two of these in stereo would be a huge weight lifted off a single speaker's shoulders. It has a Mic and Guitar input with separate gain input adjustments for each. Here’s where I have issues though… I have this hooked up to an electronic drum set via its inputs and the bass and treble can’t be adjusted via the buttons on top. It is what it is. You can only use the instrument to equalize the sound. Also there’s a boosted bass frequency that makes my floor toms sound extremely overstated and boomy. It takes a ton of over correction to get it dialed back to something reasonable. The newer version has features that you shouldn’t pass on that make this a hard sell.

Previously had the JBL PartyBox 300's and had major issues with them like TWS (True Wireless Stereo paring) Harmon / JBL parent Company couldn't sort out! Glad I returned them after replacing them twice. Working with Best Buy I got them replaced with the the 310's instead. The JBL PartyBox 310's are so superior to the 300"s It fixes all / most of the connectivity issues and a few more gadgets / like wheels (portability) and water resistance features and more that only come on the 310's. It's like the 300's were a beta test for what needed to be addressed and the 310's are the new standard. People may say it's not worth the extra money (list price is the same for both models) for the newer 310's but when using two or more of them together the 310's work as advertised and the 300's do NOT deliver. A great man once said, "Buy the best cry only once" I think the PartyBox 310's will deliver entertainment and enjoyment for the years to come!

This speaker is hands down a monster. You will need for nothing else unless your crazy like me. I have had 2 friends purchase this as well. Let me tell you. When we are out camping and pair all 3 toghetger its absolutely like you are at a concert. The bass and clarity is awesome. People wounder to our camp at times just to see the party and find out what is going down. Have had this speaker for 2yrs now as my friends and not 1 issue. And these speakers have been abused with water dirt and so forth. I highly recommend this product. 1 is enough for your house. It will get you in trouble with your neighbors lol.

The best mid priced party in a box you can buy, this is my second one, not that you need two cause one is loud enough to get the party started but wanted two for the lights to match. Bass is awesome. Not too heavy that it’s actually still portable, unlike the bigger more expensive options.

This speaker has far exceeded my expectations. I have had it for about a year now and it is very durable and way louder than I anticipated. My wife tells me I have no business having it in the house (which means it was a good purchase) I would definitely recommend. It also pairs well with my tv for sports games

Great sounding speaker with a long battery life. I use it for my daughter’s softball team and it takes a beating from the rough paths, heavy dust and rain. Almost 2 years now and still no issues.

The bass lacks some punch for the size and price, but overall good sound and lighting. There are three dedicated buttons that do 1 sound effect each, which is weird to me. Most people probably not using them much. I purchased mine open box at a discount. If I had paid full price, I'd probably be a little more critical at the $550 level. Overall, I like the ease of use compared to a traditional sound system.

This thing is loud! I actually bought a 300 a few months back but sadly returned it because it wasn’t splash proof. This is basically a splash proof 300 with a few new new light show gimmicks and karaoke mode... If you have a 300 it’s not worth the upgrade but both models have huge bassy volume

Great full sound for both indoor and outdoor use! I purchased this product for a back yard party but use it all over the house. It comes with wheels and is really easy to transport. The back panel allows for various audio hookups and the light system on the front of the speakers is a fun added bonus. One review I read when debating to purchase this product warned that these speakers are guaranteed to get the cops called on you. After use I can confirm they are indeed that loud and the cops were called lol. Multiple guests at the party said they went and picked up one of these after being impressed by its quality.

This is my second 310. I purchased the first one a few months ago and was blown away by the sound especially if you like good hard hitting bass. I paired this one via the app with the first one and it truly makes a stereo sound that is like your own personal club system. If you’re on the fence about a purchase this size but you’re a music lover then my advice is just do it. You won’t be disappointed.
