Posted .Thanks for your feedback. We're here to help with your JBL Partybox 310. Please check the equalizer settings of your phone and set it to default. We also recommend trying to connect it with a different device or play audio using a different application. You may also try doing a Factory Reset by pressing and holding the Volume and Play buttons for more than ten seconds while it is on. You may need to forget it to pair it again. If you need more help, please contact us.

Check the charging port as well as the power cable if there are physical damages that prevent the speaker from charging properly. If I had to nitpick, I would wish the wheels are a little bigger since this equipment is fairly heavy rolling around grassy/unequal grounds.

The battery lasts a long time and pairs nicely with my charge 5 speakers. The microphone plug in the back was very convenient for a wedding as I was able to use the speaker as a PA system.

The lack of bass might be caused by the sonic quality of your source, depending on what you are listening to, EQ Settings, Source Device, and the woofer not functioning properly. If you're using an EQ, you may try to turn it off, or if not, try turning it on and boosting the bass. Try to connect the speaker to a different device (phone/tablet/music player) to see if it fixes the problem. You may also reset the speaker by turning on the speaker, pressing and holding the "Volume +" and "Play" for more than 10 seconds until the speaker turns off. You may need to 'forget' the speaker in Bluetooth settings on your phone/tablet in order to pair it again. I was looking for something that sounded nice with bass to play on my patio. I returned the Sony because it was not what I was looking for. The manager at Best Buy told me about this speaker. I was reluctant to buy it because of the price. This thing sounds great! I have to play it at a low volume outside because I live on a quarter acre lot. I don’t want to be disrespectful to my neighbors

Good sound. Here's where it shines: the sweet spot volume is still under most residential noise ordinances. You dont have excessive power that you can't use. Its good. How good? Just got another. Lots of value speaker stands to set this off.

I love the bass and the cool light display, the wheels and hadle are very nice to have on it. I cant wait to pair another 310 party box to my existing 310.

Definitely worth the price. The overall sound is great. The highs and mids are perfect. You can adjust the sound with an equalizer on the app. The bass boost is seriously loud lol.
