Though a bit on the heavy side, this speaker has wheels and a retractable handle that make it easy maneuver around. It’s ruggedly built feeling like a pro audio JBL speaker rather than a consumer level product. The sound is fantastic with its adjustable equalizer and broad settings. It has crisp and resolute highs that aren’t piercing but pleasant. The low are rock solid giving the impression that the unit has a subwoofer hidden somewhere inside. The lights might be preferred by some but I tend to turn them off. I wish that there was an option to permanently disable them at power-up so here’s to wishing. Using the JBL app, I link two of these together for parties and get togethers. I have yet to run out of power telling me that the charge lasts well beyond 4 hours running at reasonable high and continuous volumes. I have no idea what the max runtime is but know that it has to be really long. The app makes it a rockstar standout!! I hope that JBL continues to build out the app functionality as it’s good but there’s still more that could be done. Having tried other portable speakers, this one stands apart for its rugged design, sound quality, and ease of use. I would strongly encourage others to compare this to any other speakers and let your ears decide. Personally, I would easily recommend this to family, friends and any others in the market for a DJ level, battery powered portable speaker that simply rocks!!

The quality of the speaker is amazing. The lights go to the beat and very easy to pair to your phone. The battery life is long lasting even at high levels. Its not too heavy but its bigger than you think.

Great sound quality, blows away Sony and other competitors. Bass is outstanding for having no subwoofer. Highs are a little more subdued than I’d like, but many people would prefer it this way. Bluetooth range and quality are perfect. Easilly streams lossless audio, doesn’t skip often Light show is pretty fun but I’m also very happy it can be disabled. Battery life is astounding, easily hits advertised times at half volume. Also very easy to keep it charged with car plugs and portable batteries. Build quality is excellent. Great attention to detail, solid, handles are very sturdy, wheels roll smooth, telescopic handle is awesome. Absolutely love that it has a pole mount on the bottom. Issues I have: Absolutely needs an EQ option in the app. The three modes for bass are not near enough customization. The EQ buttons on the speaker only control microphone and don’t do anything for music input. Microphone control is mediocre. Needs to have a way to adjust microphone volume without turning the physical knob. Should also have a balance fader for input and output. App is glitchy. Sometimes loses the speaker or cuts out sound for a second when making an adjustment, even changing volume. Volume is much too low for using as a DJ speaker for more than 50 or so people. Just barely loud enough to do a small wedding ceremony. Isn’t any louder than many much smaller Bluetooth speakers. Would be nice to have XLR in and out.. but I guess space saving is necessary. I wish it at least had a TRS port for aux.

I’m extremely happy with my JBL PartyBox! The sound is incredibly clear and high-quality, even at higher volumes. I also purchased the microphones from the same brand, and they are the perfect match—everything works seamlessly together. It’s super easy to use and very practical thanks to the Bluetooth connectivity. It doesn’t have a bunch of confusing buttons, which I love. Even though the speaker is a bit heavy, it has wheels and a handle so you can take it anywhere with no problem. I’m truly satisfied with this product, and for me, JBL is simply the best brand when it comes to electronic audio equipment.

The party box is absolutely amazing! We have used it every weekend since purchasing. The sound quality is SO much better than our last machine. The wheels and suitcase-like handle make it easy to transport. And it’s CORDLESS?! Convenient slot on top to put an IPad for those that may need help with lyrics. Lights dance along with the song being played. Honestly I can’t think of any way of improving it.

We purchased this speaker for ball tournaments and so far it has performed perfectly. The sound is crisp and loud when I need it to be. The battery lasts for the entire all-day tournaments. It is a little heavy but rolls well. The plug to charge my phone works great as well. We also use it when we spend the day at the pool. My husband and I can both be connected at the same time.

Best portable speaker on the market for its price range…..had it for about 3 years now and battery life still holding its charge like new….loud enough for small gatherings and karaoke nights wont dissapoint

I'm a mechanic, I take this to work everyday and it's loud!. I can hear it just fine over all the air tools and drills / compressors. I was not expecting it to be this loud and I love it! It's definitely worth the money. The sound is great and I love that you can add bass with the bass boost button. It having wheels and a handle is also very handy, I don't have to carry it very often. Mostly in and out of my car. Now on to what I don't like. The wheels are to narrow, they should be wider. It tips over easily when i'm pulling it. Also the material of the wheel its self is very stiff, it feels like i'm moving a car jack because they react to every little crack on the floor. The handle is flimsy. If the speaker is about to tip over, I can't try to save it by twisting the handle. It has a lot of slack and is annoying every time the speaker tips over. Because of this, both sides of the speaker are very scratched now.

I love it. This speaker is incredible. It has a nice sound and battery life is also good. The light show is a bonus.

The JBL speaker exceeded my expectations in both sound quality and usability. Its audio is impressively clear with deep bass that doesn’t overpower the miss or highs. The build quality is solid and durable, just what you’d expect from JBL. Overall, the speaker delivers fantastic performance at a great value. Highly recommended for anyone who wants powerful, high quality sound in a portable package.

I love the JBL brand of bluetooth speakers, and I currently own three of theirs now, including this PartyBox 310, a JBL Boombox, and a JBL Flip 4. The Boombox was my first purchase from their lineup and I still love and use it the most. I bought this PartyBox 310 because I felt that the Boombox lacked in larger outdoor areas, whereas that is where the PartyBox excels. Even in some indoor areas, the PartyBox simply puts out way more bass. It will shake the walls at volumes of 50% or higher. Most of the time I don't even use bass boost, as the music sounds cleaner without it, and won't stress the system out as much at higher levels. It plays loud and clean at higher volume levels without the bass boost. I still give a slight edge to the Boombox for overall audio quality, but the PartyBox is the one to get if you want to make a statement at a gathering or party. Everyone who hears it loves this thing. My favorite feature is how the top circle ring will display your volume changes so you know how loud you're setting the speaker without having to look at your phone/tablet or other bluetooth device. Very neat touch! This product has been so popular and I haven't seen it stay in stock for very long at any given time, which is why I think the price has gone up due to the demand. Even at the increased price I would be inclined to say I still think it's worth it. I'm even tempted to buy a 2nd one eventually, so I can pair them up for an incredible soundstage! My one minor complaint would be how easy this speaker can topple to the side when rolling it on the built-in wheels if you happen to hit an uneven bump at even the slightest angle. Be careful on anything but the most flat of surfaces! I'm a big guy so I usually just pick it up using the built-in handles. If you can find one, buy it!

We bought this on a great sale price before the holidays. We primarily use it on our RV while camping, and outside while hanging out in our over an acre yard, and I can hear it no matter where I place it, when I’m gardening on other side of the house, or relaxing several yards away. We have the bass up high, and loud and it sounds GREAT! Better than we imagined it would sound. It drowns out the neighbor’s dog barking and their kids screaming as well as other neighbors’ loud music, lol. It’s super easy to connect via Bluetooth with iPhone or iPad to stream various music apps within seconds, never an issue connecting or staying connected. We had our doubts that it would have good quality sound, and deep enough bass, but it really sounds crisp, with chest thumping bass. We listen to a lot of reggae, dub, rock, and we are impressed with the quality of sound. Also love how easy it is to wheel this large, heavy speaker around on wheels, and that it has the telescoping handle. Only thing I wish it had was a way to wrap or wind up the plug cord for storage, but that’s not a deal breaker and I still give it 5 stars. Very happy with our purchase!

This party speaker is so great. Like the way it rolls on it's 2 wheels and sound is great.So fun to tap the you tube on your phone to start music. The family also likes using the 2 micks to sing along. Have to buy separate but worth it.

Good speaker sound very loud and the battery last a long time

This is hands down the largest and best portable Bluetooth speaker on the market. Anything larger needs constant power. I compared it to similar models with LG & Sony. I’m a Sony person, but at the end of the day, this was a better product. I use it for walk up music at my boys baseball games and have used it at an outdoor festival. It turns heads. The bass bumps but you can turn that feature down. It says it will run 18 hours, but that is at a lower volume. I think it ran 6-7 hours at 100% for me with the bass at max level and the lights on. I just plugged into power after that. No distortion at max volume. It plays lower when plugged in than on battery. Still in my opinion the best blue tooth speaker. I paired it with the JBL Encore, but I think I will go back and get another 310 cause I’m so happy with it.

If you like loud, loud music this speaker is for you! At full volume, the sound is clear, no distortion. The bass sounds great, you feel your music as well as hear it. And the battery, I played mine for 6 hrs, at full volume, and still had over half of the battery life left!

Way better than expected!! I bought this for our house to play music while in the pool. Our older mounted speakers were not good at all. I purchased this without having heard it first. I have all JBL speakers in my vehicles so I know the quality. When I unpacked it and played music, which connects so easily with Bluetooth I was instantly amazed by the Bass, the mids and the highs. The Bass Boost is amazing and rattles the doors and windows with a R&B song. The battery lasts a long time while at high volume. I purchased mine in 2021 and it still holds a long charge. The Bluetooth allows for several phones or devices connected at once as well. The Bluetooth range is well over 100ft before interruption. I even connect this speaker to my Apple TV in the house and it’s sound is stunning. Compared to TV speakers. I want to get another one and won’t get anything other then JBL in the future.
