This is amazing when it comes to sound bass wow it really matchese up well if not better than my boombox 2. BUUUT. when it comes to portability the battery life is TERRIBLE!!!! using it on real world setting for good bass and valume you will only get about 1.5 hours our of it before you have to charge it.

Very satisfied with my new JBL party box speaker, even took it on a boat that had tons of water splashing on it, even floated on water at one point on the boat deck and nothing happened to it. Works amazing!

Horrible experience with this purchase. Speaker sounded great however our first time using the speaker it died after 1hr30min play time. I thought maybe we didn’t charge it completely. So we didn’t think too much of it, but on the second use I made sure to charge to 100% and we ended getting 1hr of play time. While using the speaker both times volume was about 75%. We were extremely unsatisfied with the product and wanted to return the item and upgrade to the model above this one. However we missed the deadline to return the product by one day and were told to contact JBL about the issues. So now we had to contact JBL start a return process thru them and wait two weeks to get a replacement and hope we don’t have the same battery life issue. Horrible experience!!! I would recommend not purchasing thru Best Buy because of their 15 day return policy and I would not recommend this speaker because of the battery life.

The sound is great and volume is good as well but not great. Overall good quality speaker.

You will have everyone you show this to asking where to buy it and how much. When i tell them the price, most are suprised because of it's clean and powerful sound
