The speaker responds well to lots of types of music, trip-hop, electronica, industrial, metal of all sorts, and many more.

Works great for around a fire and at the pool. Seems to last decent for power usage and gets pretty decent for being loud.

A lot of reviews saying battery life is bad … i do not feel this way if its got plenty of battery life i use it when im grilling or for a pool day and it lasts alomost 8-10 hours and for the performance thars amazing because i can’t even max this thing out without knowing im going to get a noise complaint! Definitely a must have

I’ve had these for about 6 months now and they are fantastic. Even my hubby enjoys using these speakers while he works. I only use them plugged in and can’t attest to battery life outside of always being plugged in.

It is great we love using it for parties and it gets loud used it at work which is very loud without the speaker and I could hear it full blast no issues whatsoever and the waterproof feature is awesome. It was in a big rain storm and still works perfectly

I like heavy bass in all genres of music and this thing delivers. If deep, smooth bass isnt your thing, you have the ability to make it more punchy or even turn it way down. I find myself listening to this more than my Sonos Five. Battery life is 5-7 hours which is plenty for me.

I just oicked this up today. Ive had numerous JBL bluettoth speakers. I gotta say the sound quality from the lowest lows to the highest highs are amazing. Awesome sound wuality. JBL for life!

It's a party in a box, says so right on the label. Seriously, the sound from this light-weight cube is excellent, even at high volume. The dancing light has different modes and can be turned off altogether (my preference). The battery lasts all day and then some.

Nice sound. But it cuts out when turned up all the way on battery.

Great sounds as always from JBL but battery life could be better. Overall I’m happy with it.

This is one of the best speakers I’ve ever had. The sound power it has amazes me every time. JBL has my count every day. I use it for my parties, get togethers and even for myself. I 100% recommend it!
