I did have issues with the in store employee who assisted us during this purchase. And there was a mix up from delivery. I received a completely different product. It all ended well once I got the right person (AI) on line. After several that did not work with my request. She worked well with my return of the wrong product and facilitated the right one being shipped ASAP. For now all is A Okay
