Convenient but disappointed

Owned for 1 month when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.The speaker was easy to transport and use but unfortunately I was dissapointed with the volume and battery life. When used outdoors the volume was on the low end when I compared it to my previos less expensive speaker. When using the mic we could barely hear the person singing. As for the battery it last an average of 2-3 hours. Not much when you are using it and cant plug it in to charge.

Posted .Our JBL Partybox On-The-Go has a music playtime of up to 6 hours. However, this is only a reference and may vary depending on music content, volume level, and if the light show feature is active. It can be achievable with a predefined music source, inactive light show, and at a moderate volume level. If the speaker doesn't meet the advertised playtime hours even at low to mid-volume level or after charging it, there could be a problem with the battery of the unit. Please contact our Customer Support, so we can assist you.

Owned for 1 month when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.If you plan on using this at party's or gatherings where you would want the microphone its fine, but if you are buying this just to listen to music I would recommend the JBL charge series, in my opinion I belive the sound quality of the charge series is alot better and feels louder which was odd since the charge series is alot smaller in size.

Great boombox with karaoke features

And the mic is wireless and it seems to disconnect often or loose signal. Kills the mood/inspiration when singing. So i suggest connecting a wired one.

Posted .Thanks for your feedback. We're always looking for ways to improve. Source devices (phones, tablets, etc.) all behave a bit differently. Some have very loud outputs, and some can be quite a bit lower, even at maximum volumes. You may try to use an equalizer like JBL PartyBox App on your music application to adjust the volume to your preference. If you need more help, please contact our customer support.

And i checked on my bestbuy account it says right there that its not returnable anymore what will i do now thats cost a lot of money.
