Thank you for your feedback. Our JBL PartyBox On-the-Go has an output power of 100W while our JBL Partybox 310 has 240W. It's important to note that the higher the wattage, the louder the speaker will produce. If the volume is lower than expected, please try the following steps. First, 'forget' your speaker on your device and pair it again. Next, try pairing it with another device to see if the issue lies with the source device. Lastly, try resetting it by pressing and holding the Volume + and Play buttons for more than ten seconds while your unit is powered on. You may need to 'forget' it on your device before pairing it again. If you need more help, please contact us.

Thanks for your feedback. For sound quality issue, this instance is sometimes caused by the quality of your source, depending on what you are listening to. You may check the music player app on your source device to see if Equalizer is engaged. If engaged, turn off the equalizer. If turning it off does not resolve the issue, turn it on again and adjust the EQ by boosting the bass to your liking. If you have already tried this and remain unsatisfied with the sound quality, rest assured that we're always looking for ways to improve, and your feedback will be forwarded to our development team for future improvement.

Thanks for your feedback. For the microphone of your JBL PartBox On-The-Go to work properly, make sure that the battery securely fits inside the mic and the distance is within 10 meters away only. You can also try to reset your PartyBox by pressing and holding the "Volume +" and "Play" buttons for more than 10 seconds. The speaker will turn off, and reboot to factory default.

Thanks for your feedback. Our JBL PartyBox On-The-Go can be connected to another JBL PartyBox On-The-Go via TWS mode by Pressing the Bluetooth button of the speakers simultaneously for 5 seconds or until you hear a chime. TWS connection will be built up.

Our JBL PartyBox On-The-Go has up to 6 hours of playtime. This may vary depending on music content and battery aging after numerous charging and discharging cycles. If the speaker doesn't meet the advertised playtime hours even at low to mid volume level, there could be a problem with the battery of the earbuds.
