The problem is the plug to charge it is very loose. It doesnt stay connected to the JBL when yourge charging it. Is it possible for the jbl company to replace the plug?

Not happy with best buy

This was the second occurrence for an open box excellent which was missing parts and since you asked for the review I am giving this. So though I am giving 5 stars as a product I cannot give more than 2 stars to the service

We recommend adjusting the gain knob on the mic port, as it's designed to eliminate distortion. Turn it counterclockwise to correct it and make sure the mics are securely connected to the speaker. Also, please note that the wireless microphone is within 10 meters to avoid interference. If you need more help, please contact JBL Customer Support.
