Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.If you have the previous versions of this (300 or 310) then you will be disappointed with the 320. It is my opinion that JBL has released the 320 with profit in mind vs quality. They made it louder, but there is a very unpleasant distortion, I tried for a few hours with different songs with the speaker in different settings and my old 310 is just better! I will be returning the 320 to BestBuy in less than one day.

Posted .Thanks for your inquiry. All JBL PartyBox 300, JBL PartyBox 310, and JBL PartyBox Stage 320 has an output power of 240 watts. If the issue is affected as the volume changes, source devices all behave a bit differently. Some have very loud outputs, and some can be quite a bit lower, even at maximum volumes. The same goes for individual songs, some are louder than others. It is possible that the output level of your source device or song causes the unit to reach maximum undistorted volume before actually reaching 100% on the volume control. So, if the issue only occurs when the volume is getting near to maximum, this would confirm that the issue is the result of an extremely loud source device or song recording. On the other hand, if the issue occurs as the volume is increased, but before reaching 90%, the louder volume coupled with frequencies that have been boosted can cause this issue. If you are using an EQ (Equalizer) in the app or source device, please try turning it off. If the sound no longer distorts with the EQ off, the speaker is not damaged and the EQ settings need to be adjusted to prevent distortion and eventual damage. If the issue persists, please do a factory reset by holding the play and light button for more than 10 seconds. If these troubleshooting steps does not resolve the issue, please contact our customer support.

Posted .Thank you for your feedback. The published up-to playtime is the maximum battery time you will get when listening at background levels. It will be reduced when you turn up the volume, like when you brighten the screen. This also happens when you play music with more bass. We recommend charging your JBL PartyBox Stage 320 to 100% then. play music at low volume without bass boost. If the battery lasts close to 18 hours, the batery is working fine. If the issue remains, please contact us for further assistance.
Misleading new Best Buy credit card

I opened a Best Buy credit card. This was misleading. I never got my credit. I called the credit card company and they told me there was only some kind of rewards program. I feel like I was totally misled by Best Buy.
