Posted .Thank you for your feedback. The published up-to playtime is the maximum battery time you will get when listening at background levels. It will be reduced when you turn up the volume, like when you brighten the screen. This also happens when you play music with more bass. We recommend charging your JBL PartyBox Stage 320 to 100% then. play music at low volume without bass boost. If the battery lasts close to 18 hours, the batery is working fine. If the issue remains, please contact us for further assistance.
Misleading new Best Buy credit card
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I was I was told by the cashier that I were receive an 80+ dollar refund or credit on my card. I opened a Best Buy credit card. This was misleading. I never got my credit. I called the credit card company and they told me there was only some kind of rewards program. I feel like I was totally misled by Best Buy.
