It is a good medium-sized speaker that can be transported anywhere. It has good sound and is very easy to manipulate the sound controls with the JBL PartyBox application. It sounds good and I will not repeat myself when buying it. Recommended, thank you very much.

Excellent, I like how robust this speaker is, as well as its rubberized finish.

I love this speaker, i use it for everything. I take it to work with me everyday and all my coworkers love it and ask me about it. Perfect to use at home as well, i love hooking up the microphone to do some karaoke. Amazing Sound quality.

I wanted an upgrade to my $120 no-name PA speaker that I bought on Amazon to use for home karaoke. While this is a nice (and flashy) speaker, I ended up returning it because for karaoke my no-name speaker sounds better. I originally tried it with the professional mic I have (connected to a mixer) and it sounded somewhat tinny and empty. No matter the adjustments I made to the equalizer and gain I just couldn't get it to sound as rich as it does on my no-name speaker. So I bought the JBL Partybox dual wireless microphones thinking they would work better, as they're made for the machine. They sounded even worse. The JBL mics sounded better with my no-name speaker as well. I really didn't want to return this speaker because it looks cool and it does sound okay (and gets really loud!). If I wasn't using it for singing it would be great. I went back and forth on whether or not to return it and tried everything I could think of to make it work. I'm sure I would have kept it if I wasn't comparing it to what I already had. But there was no way I could justify paying so much more money (even on sale) for something that wasn't truly an upgrade. If you're looking for a loud party speaker to play music, I think you'll be happy with this. If you're looking for a karaoke machine and care about quality vocal output, I don't recommend it.
