Only thing I would do different is to sync the light movement to the songs

I like to much, but this no have to much loud. But it's ok.

Took nothing short of perfect care of this speaker and all of a sudden about 3 months after I bought it, it would not charge. I thought it might be the charger itself, but after trying multiple chargers, it was obvious the problem was with the speaker itself.

It's great to carry and take to picnics and barbecues.

Great for a small party. Not Bose quality, but close.

Sound quality is very good and the speaker is beautiful.

Too expensive. Not too much volume. Didn't like it at all

It's not as loud as I would have liked 4 the price

I had the Pulse before I got the Pulse 2 however I feel like the pulse is louder than the pulse 2. It's an improvement when it comes to the lights.

Worked great for the first day and then it would not turn on. Had to go to store and exchange the product. The new speaker has been working great so far, 2 weeks later.

I love the colors of the lights and its sound, only issue I have with this speaker is that the Bluetooth range isn't great and that it doesn't have a skip/next song button

I bought this one as thanksgiving gift. After I got it, I plug it in whole night, still couldn't get the speaker to power on. The one I got is a defected one. How lucky I am. I tried to charge it for another two full days. Still the battery bar is not moving, and the speaker can never be turned on. Good thing is, I can return it and get another one at BestBuy. This time it works perfect! However I still give a 2-star because the bad luck.

I bought the original JBL flip when it first came out years ago. I have loved it since i owned it. A couple weeks ago the one of the speakers went out and i had to purchase a new one. I bought the pulse thinking it would give me better sound and bass than the original flip. I was not very impressed by the quality or the bass. I returned it and purchased a Sony. I was dissappointed.

Sound quality is middle of the road but for the Black Friday price I got it for it was worth it.

Great sound..light show was cool until it stopped shutting off.

I purchased two JBL Pulse 2's over the 2016 holiday season and conveniently for Best Buy, shortly after the return period ended, the Bluetooth functionality stopped working for both speakers. Rather than doing what it should have (a pinging sound and blue light flashing while waiting to pair), the lightshow button right below the Bluetooth button flashes with white lights all around the device. Nothing can pair with the speakers. Factory resetting with JBL customer support did not fix the problem. I returned both speakers to JBL under warranty and right out of the box the two brand new, never been opened box of replacement speakers exhibited the same faulty behavior. I returned these under warranty again and the next set of speakers also had the same issue. Clearly there is a defect with the product, which existed when I purchased them, yet Best Buy won't do the right thing and accept a return, even though they sold defective merchandise.

After twenty months and very minimal usage of this speaker, the battery doesn't hold a charge for longer than 20 minutes. As bluetooth speakers go, the sound quality is good. I had higher expectations from JBL. I won't be buying another JBL product again.
