With our JBL Pulse 5, please try using a different USB cable and USB charger (preferably one with a minimum 2 amp rating), as well as unplugging and re-plugging the cable from your device. The product's charging port may also become clogged with sand or grit. Examine the port. If necessary, use compressed air to clean. If the issue still persists, please contact our customer support.
Good looking speaker but many body defects

The acrylic transparent plastic has many straight-like scratches and some points that look like dirt, and all of these are from the inside part of the speaker, which makes it look unappealing when it's on and you're nearby. The sound, I would say, is acceptable but not so great, as a speaker for the same price, you are mostly paying for the lighting show and speaker together.

Some have very loud outputs, and some can be quite a bit lower, even at maximum volumes. You may try to use an equalizer on your music application to adjust the volume to your preference.
