Not what I expect from JBL

They were replaced but the replacements have the same issue. Tried different BT sources and had the same issue with all. Customer service had no reason for this. I would not buy again. I have other less expensive wireless headphones that perform better from the connectivity but sound quality is not as good. If you would not be annoyed by loss of sound this will not be an issue.

getting fit in ear is a little tricky
