I loved the headphones. I would definitely recommend to a friend

I gave these to my wife for her birthday because she is always listening to things on her phone. The cord was always a hassle for her, so the wireless headphones seemed like a good idea. She loves then and uses them everyday.

Good product but not loud sound enough unfortunately......

These were a Christmas present. He was glad to get them.

I purchased this for my son for Christmas and he only has good things to say about them. It felt like as soon as I got my confirmation email, they were at my door. Thank you Best Buy it's always a pleasure doing business with you!

Wanted to try another brand after last blue tooth headphones. The volume was not nearly as good as I expected. Tried the different sizes of ear pieces but none where a good match and uncomfortable after long run.

Present for my son. He says they're great. Good buy.

My son has a pair of JBL wireless in-ear headphones, and he loves them. We decided to get his dad a pair for Father’s Day. It took a little bit to figure out which ear pads fit him the best. He likes them.

Was great for about a year then after that the sound gave out and needed to be replaced. be sure to buy the insurance so that if they give out on you, you can replace them with another pair or another product.

I was very excited to get a pair of decent quality headphones since ive been using the apple ones that came with my phone for the last 3 years. that excitement disappeared when I tried these. I saw a lot of reviews saying there was almost too much bass, which is weird because these have virtually 0 bass. they sound like when you just play music through your phones speaker. very tinny, very treble heavy. I even set my iPhone eq to bass booster and I cant hear any bass. 0. Guess I will be sending these back. sigh.

There are small and practical. The item was purchased for a small child. Buying Apple EarPods, if that were involved, would not be ideal for a young child due to their lack of responsibility.

I purchased these ear phones expecting it to rival Beats but is not even close. I struggle keeping them in my ear which results in a lesser sound quality than expected. I wouldnt purchase another pair. Better to just pay the extra money for Beats

My grandson loves them. He has numerous electronics made by Samsung and Apple and they work equally well with all of them. When he needs new ones he would replace them with a JBL product.

I tried these because I was so reluctant to purchase AirPods. I hate that AirPods look like earrings but these were uncomfortable and didn’t stay in place. I purchased the AirPods and fell in love. These were returned.

These headphones were great but over time the couldn't last for all the use I put them through. Going to the gym constantly with them they only lasted a year.

The sound is good, but the unit for the power, volume is super heavy and it pulls the cord toward the right and the right ear bud comes out pretty easy.

I like jbl speakers, but the headphones are lackluster. There’s no bass at all, so they don’t sound loud enough for me. I like the ergonomic design though.

It's good for in terms of sound quality. Have issues with pairing with other devices. It doesn't show up for pairing all the time.

I actually returned these because they didn't fit in my ears correctly and kept falling out. Also didn't pair with one of my laptops.
