    I gave these a low rating because after 5 uses, these no longer work. They will not charge and thus will not connect to my phone or watch. I would take them back if I could. Otherwise the sound was great.

    This is my second pair in 2 years that have stopped working. First pair went out completely after a few months. They were still in warranty but didn't return them to JBL due to lack of time. My second pair was purchased in July of 2018. It's now February of 2019 and one headphone went out again. $100 headphones that last 7 months??? Ridiculous and I will be using the warranty this time. Not too happy as I was always a JBL customer

    This is my 2nd pair of these headphones. They don't last long, and the quality isn't the best, but I guess for the price, it's not bad. Just make sure you get the warranty, so when they go out, you can get new ones.

    These things were working great. Now people can barely hear me when I use them and its been less than 60days since the day of purchase. Now they're only good for listening to my music when I run.

    These earphones are horrible! The volume does not go loud at all, and could not get them to set comfortable in my ears. I returned them the next day. I recommend powerbeats earphones.

    Stopped working

    They sounded average and battery life was fine. Until they stopped working in 3 about months. Regular use, 3/4 workouts a week. Not happy. And as the battery dies the music volume drops significantly.

    I needed to get budget bluetooth earphones and got these. It was a big mistake! They occasionally cut the sound on and off while listening to music. I'm not quite sure if mine are just broken or not.

    Google pixel phone won't connect

    Don't buy these if you have a Google phone as jbl doesn't have the software to have them hookup via Bluetooth. None knew this at best buy and jbl doesn't mention anything either.

    Not compatible with Androids/ JBL BAD customer svc

    We've tried to connect with 2 different Android phones unsuccessfully. After 2 hours in a CHAT with JBL they finally confirmed there's a problem with this product and it doesn't work with several Android phones. After 2 days, they came back to me and offered to provide a replacement (although product still not compatible) at 50% MORE than retail price. BAD customer service by JBL when there's a problem...and product compatibility problems - buy another brand!

    I was very disappointed on the sound quality of this headset. My regular apple head phones that come standard with the cell phone have better sound quality than this.

    It hurts in my ear. Change up the size and it would still hurt. And it would fall out. Also. When I would call. The person sounded far away. Even while connected.

    Not the sound quality I expected. Bought these to replace a set of wired Bose earbuds. Returned next day and night the Bose.
