    Wasn’t a great sound. Didn’t have good ability to talk to others after picking up the call. Significant distortion on phone calls.

    I bought these headphones to exercise with. The first pair that I purchased failed to power on after extended charging a few months after the purchase. JBL/Harmon customer service did replace them under warranty, however my replacement set is now experiencing the same issue. They are nice when they work, but unfortunately you can't expect them to work for long.

    Too bad they don't last

    Bought in December. (Do not know why it thinks I bought them in January). Died this week. "No longer returnable." Will no longer turn on despite being left on charger. When they worked they were good - now, they are terrible and a huge waste of money.

    JBL Reflect Contour 2 Wireless In-Ear Headphones - I returned these headphones. They did not fit in my ears, even after trying all the different sizes of buds. The one that did fit best did not really fill my ear to enjoy the music from my phone. They connected great to my phone, but the fit is what I did not care for.

    Better get the warranty

    i purchased these at Best Buy - did not get the insurance. Exactly 30 days they stopped working/coming on at all. I went to return them - they agreed they were broke, but I did not pourchase the warranty. They sucked!
