    I've literally worn these headphones 4 times during long runs and on the 4th wear they started to buzz and fizz and now they do not work. The loud buzzing and fizzing sounds like an electric short. I am extremely disappointed with the brand, the product quality and the price.

    Had the these for like 1 months and the power button wont work to turn it off, they will turn on but wont shut off, and to top it off I return them got a new pair and guess what? The same thing happen, these really are useless.

    Not good for the price. It suddenly stop and not charging anymore. I tried another charger cable but the light would still not go on. I had it for 2 months only

    I purchased on the 11th of July and it went out on the 16th of July, the product says sweat resistant but after only 3 times of use, it started static and would not charge

    It was good the first day i used it then the sound just became really bad on the next day. I felt like i was inside the water and my girlfriend couldnt even hear me well. I wouldnt recommend it.

    Purchased November 17, 2018. It is broken. It will not charge. Very expensive for not lasting. Cost $99. Hopefully JBL will honor it warranty.

    These headphones stopped working within 30 days or purchase, best buy would not exchange them so now I am fighting through the warranty return process with JBL. Would not purchase again.

    You can't review what doesn't work. They wouldn't pair with my laptop or my phone. Neither would the replacement pair. The Geek Squad couldn't get either pair to pair either.

    worst Bluetooth connection ever. I would use the while on bicycle and would loose connection with phone in pocket. One side stopped working after 2 weeks

    We have purchased these and returned them more than I can remember. The only thing that saved us was that we purchased the extended warranty.

    The headphones on full blast at best sounded as if i was hearing music from down the hall. Didn't work for me but try it if you want to.
