When I put these headphones in my ear I can hear my heartbeat. These are weird and do not recommend

Had them for approximately 10 minutes. Sound is terrible. Not worth the mo way at all.

I bought two pair each pair died with in a week or two dont do it's a complete waste of money

I bought these in April and by the end of June they will no longer charge

The are too lite speak doesn't stay in place and the other person on phone can't hear you.

Contour2 is immediately comfortable and easily customized. With the wings in, almost all ambient sound is blocked out. With those removed sound is still good but more ambient sound gets in. Sound quality, sound customization and batter level indicator is a little better with the Jaybird, but battery is 10 hours on Contour 2. I did not charge these after opening the box and have used for 5 hours and not charged yet. I will use these on the long-long runs because of the comfort factor. If I need to move the buds out of my ears I can pull them but the hooks stay on my ears. Weight is less on the ears than the Bose which again goes to comfort on a very long run. So far these have held up to sweat and water. Easily the most comfortable of any I have tried.

The cord will pull out of the earbud within a year or so, buy something else

I wanted to spend about a hundred bucks on a decent set of bluetooth headphones. Writing a review because there is no way to test earbuds before you buy them. Big fan of the JBL clip and other small portable speakers, so I gave it a go with the Reflect Contour 2. THESE SOUNDED AWEFUL. Like two tin cans in your ear. No low end at all, and the volume did not adjust nearly loud enough. The double ear shape was pretty cool, as once they are locked in they are not coming out of your ears. But they sound absolutely terrible, so that would become some sort of tortured annoyance. It's weird, because the design of them has the buds themselves pointed/angled a bit forward once in your ear, even though your eardrum is a bit back if anything. These sounded like 20 dollar knock off - no name headphones. I returned and purchased the Beats..... Still not loud enough but the bass is there. cheers

My reference point is having owned jaybird x1, airpods, gear icons 2018, and some decent wired headphones. The sound quality is just fine for the gym. It is not at all muddy. I think they sound clean and deep. Spoken audio is good. Bass is on par with competition in this price point. Most importantly is the fit. They are very secure during workouts and sort of "lock in" when you put in the buds and rotate them backwards. If going through a workout with secure, consistent fitting headphones, these are for you. If you kill your hearing with super loud volume, you may need to buy something else. In a loud gym, you will probably work out at 2 notches down from max volume on most songs. I don't gripe about it because the headphones definitely get loud within the limits of safety, and I've already fried my hearing and don't need any more damage.

I purchased these based on a PCMag review which stated that these IE cans were bass-y. I liked the comfortable over-ear loop that keeps the set in place during exercise; the rubber fit pieces make a good seal. The sound is pure-dy garbage. Tinny, no bass, flat. If you don't care for soundstage, frequencies separation, or boom-boom - this is your set; you could also save $$ and just buy Skullcandy.

I’m a big fan of JBL products dating back to the 70’s so I was excited to get these earbuds. I’m not sure if it’s a design flaw in the earpiece or just poor frequency response from the drivers but these just sound thin. Seems like the response is pretty narrow at around 8 to 14khz. On the plus side, great battery life, seems to last about 6 hours of continuous use, 12+ on standby.

I tried these after my BOSE Soundsport died for the third time in 1.5 years. The sound quality was disappointing but to be fair, they are 1/2 the cost. The fit and function are good. Very light and comfortable. The controls work with Iphone, sorta. Press and hold instead of double, triple click etc. and it's on the left side instead of the right .

I’ve been through multiple ‘workout’ headphones that were ‘water proof’ that only lasted 2-4 day, these have lasted for 2 months of hard and sweaty workouts and still are going strong. I would recommend these for anyone who sweats a lot and needs a solid pair of headphones when working out.
