    Alright fit, bad sound

    Bought these for wireless headphones for work - decent fit and comfy but sound was horrible, loud volume 0 bass like I’m talking none at all. I have a JBL speaker and love it and am disappointed I wasted this money will be returning ASAP.

    Perfect for great music

    I listen to Metallica, motley crue, van Halen, kiss, rolling stones and all the greatest generation x music and these work great . No problems with connecting to the phone I'm 42 and the I give them 4 stars cuz 5 stars would mean i love them and I dont love anything except my wife's sweet behind..

    Decent sound, stopped working after 2 months

    The sound was decent for the price point, there are definitely better ones on the market, the fit was good and it did have decent volume. Mine stopped working all of a sudden after 2 months, don't think they are as sweat proof as the box claims and had to send them off to get them replaced (hopefully). The process to get the return shipping label was rather painless, it took a week to get it to the destination, probably going to have to wait a week for them to declare it broken and wait another week for the new headphones. A three-week turnaround is terrible, would have bought lower end headphones, which sound just as good, if I knew the return process was like this.

    Nice fitting. Good build quality. Good sound quality but compared with others very low volume level. Will return it. For $100 was expecting more. But if volume level wasn't that bat would keep it with no doubt.

    Terrible Sound Quality

    No bass whatsoever, these sound like putting tin cans over your ears. Aside from the terrible sound, these are very uncomfortable to wear. I've tried all three sizes of inserts that come with the headset and none fit well. I never write reviews but these are so terrible that I had to write this in hopes that others will not waste your money. I've had $20 cord earbuds that sound much better than these.

    I was ecstatic about the fit til I turned them on and heard the sound quality. Decided to spend the extra $29 on the insignia true wireless and I love them. They fit just as well and sound much better.

    Unable to charge

    I bought these headphones in April of this year and they sound great and the battery charge last up to 8 - 12 hours play time, but I have been having constant trouble with getting them to connect with the charger after a couple months of use. I have tried several times today and I am unable to get them to connect, I think they might have finally giving in.

      We cannot guarantee that a battery will last 12 hours. The time provided is UP TO, and how long the battery lasts is determined by volume and source content. Also, batteries, over time, will slowly wear down. Using a different charger will help identify if it has something to do with the charger or your headphones.     Second pair to crap the bed.

    I’ve had these headphones for less than 6 months and they stopped working. These are the second pair of jbl wireless headphones that have crapped the bed. I love the design and sound but due to poor lasting quality of product will not be buying these again. What a waste of money and a disappointment.

    Loss of audio

    After a month my earbud lost half volume an da month after that lost all of its volume. Very annoying and disappointing.

    Horrible

    I was really excited to try these out, after doing extensive research I purchased them and upon the unbox everything was well put together and seemed like they were good quality. I was WRONG! I put them to charge, and nothing happened. Ok so I waited the two hours as it say on the manual and still nothing. Brand new right out the box and they don’t turn on. I would not recommend any JBL product to anyone. Spend your money on something else.

    Worthless after couple months

    I bought these not even a year ago. They worked great until one day in the middle of a workout the music abruptly stopped and I heard “Disconnected” its been 3DAYS! And I am still trying to connect them to my iphone7 . The headphones say “device not found” even though on my iPhone it finds them but “unable to connect” this is so frustrating especially when in training for bootcamp!!!!!! So disappointed!
