Uncomfortable & overpriced. The earbuds were awkward and didn't fit. The sound quality was poor. I returned these and bought a pair from Amazon that were half the price of these and ten times better quality and comfortable and fit well.

I bought these thinking that it was a good buy, but it was far from good! The Bluetooth connection on these is so poor that even having the phone on me wouldn’t help. I returned them ASAP and got my money back.

Battery life, comfort, sound quality are all great. The audio skipping when I bend, squat or move more than 3 feet from source is annoying and limits my use of this product which stinks.

    Not what I expected

To start, I had Power Beats 2 before purchasing these headphones. My Power Beats lasted me 3 years until they finally broke. I decided to try the JBL Reflect Contour based off of reviews and price point. I mean, the 1 minute I was able to actually listen to music was awesome, sound quality seemed to be great!..with that being said, it doesn't hold a charge at all. I charged them for 8 hours last night and I turned them on to listen to them at work and not even 30 seconds will it say the battery is low. Also, the volume remote turns very hot when you turn it on? I have never had this issue with any other wireless headphones. Lastly, there's this little thumping sound in the right ear bud (similar to tapping on a microphone)...definitely not what I expected for $99. Too many issues.

Possibly the worst headphones on the planet

2 pair in 1 week, both faulty and the sound quality is horrid. Pair 1, no sound out of the right ear. Exchanged the next day for pair #2 and these repeatedly disconnected from my device every 1-2 minutes. I was constantly hearing "Connected" music beat "Disconnected", over and over. The sound quality, good lord it's bad. The highest volume setting was MAYBE medium on other headphones. If all of the above weren't bad enough, the ear pieces hurt. That weird curved part puts pressure on your ear (any size you use) and they felt bruised when I took them off. Please, save your money, don't buy these.

    Good find

My wife and I have been through two pairs if powerbeats wireless in the last year and a half. Luckily, they were gifts. After knocking my head against the wall for a while, we decided to find an affordable option to move to. After several hours of trial and several visits, the Jbls won the day. Though smaller, the quality is nearly the same as the beats in my opinion. Also there's more control over switching tracks. The only down side I have with them is because my ears are a little funny they tend to really stay in my ears and be sort of wedged in. But there's enough noise cancellation for me to hear the train conductor but drown out any needless noise. And they feel great when I'm running outside or on the treadmill. A great choice.
