    Brand new and it doesn't work unless it's being charged. I paid a lot for them. I haven't been able to make back there to return them.

    This wireless earphone has very poor connection to the phone bluetooth when running or jogging. For some reason, It has decided to stop working after 4 months being used with me. I can tell since week 1 that it started acting up on bluetooth signal. One day after wearing it to gym, It was suddenly broken. This makes me skeptical about the quality of the products from this company

    Greatest Bluetooth headphones I’ve used. I had the reflect contour and when they stopped working, thankfully I bought the replacement plan and Best Buy took care of me with a new set of headphones.

    These headphones are great for casual use or exercise but if you are looking for headphones with great sound and clear call quality, these are not it!

    I did quite a bit of research before selecting the JBL's. They fit great and sound great. Also, the battery life has been better than I had expected. I would recommend these to anyone.

    I purchased this item for use during my runs. After 3 weeks it just stopped working. Completely dead. I tried charging it, but it wouldn't even turn on after sitting on the charger for a few hours. Then to top it off, Best Buy wasn't going to give me my money back! Their return policy is 2 WEEKS! I had to speak with a manger just to get store credit!

    These headphones didn't have the best sound quality plus the rubber piece that goes behind the ear starts to hurt after a while.

    I purchase this item intent of using it at work and for the gym. This ear buds didn’t sound as great as I expected from JBL.

    Sound is ok but doesn't matter because I downloaded an app that increases sound (Speaker Boost). I sweat tremendously in my head and so far...so good.

    I purchased these headphones in May of 2017. I had to return them back to JBL Harmon Karmon because they quit working after 6 months. Best Buy doesn’t cover their warranties. Now 8 months later and over the 1 year warranty they quit again. Save your MONEY!!!!

    I was excited to use my 1st pair of wireless headphones and to keep my phone in my pocket, but the music cut out with every stride, I wound up having to hold my phone (even Then, it cut out if I dropped my arm down for a second) I do intend on returning them
