    The sound quality is okay, it's not going to blow your mind. The earphones don't stick together magnetically like some other bluetooth earphones out there. The earphone cable quality is poor in my opinion. The sound control remote also feels cheap.

    So horrible to connect, I finally ripped them out of my ears, and threw them in the trash!!!... useless!!! Can never pair to device...useless!!!

    Tiny speakers=flat sound

    I was hoping they would give decent sound and bass quality. I was wrong. I was moving from a wired set of symphonized 3.0 nrg wood earbuds, to a wireless set. This jbl set has speakers too small for accurate bass and volume sound quality. They are too flat, and cant reproduce highs or low tones well enough. I used them less than an hour for audio podcasts and varied music genre testing(country, classic rock, reggae, blues, r+b, etc...) they were not worth it. I immediately exchanged them for jbl Live220bt set. The 220bt was a big improvement on sound quality. Still not as good as my 3.0 NRG earbuds.

    Cannot get them to fit right

    Will not fit correctly, loosen while walking. any attempt to get them seated causes sound to be blocked. Will be returning. Sorry I lost my older pair of insignia bluetooth earbuds .

    I don’t understand. I try and get good wireless headphones and never have any luck. I think the reviews rate these too highly. I returned them.

    Honstly sound quality is of the same as a 20$ pair and mic quality sounds like your talking from a can. Its not worth the purchase.

    I used these daily for about two years. The battery started to die faster as time passed. They were pretty good while they lasted.

    Won't pair with Pixel 3

    I could not get these earbuds to pair with my Pixel 3. After calling the Geek Squad twice and trying everything they suggested, still couldn't get them to pair. Tried many other things I found on the Internet. The earbuds paired easily to my Ipad. Finally gave up and returned them. Still don't know if it is a JBL or Pixel problem. Very disappointed in the Geek Squad, not much help after a lot of time on the phone.

    Briefly, isolation factor prevents comfortable phone usage. Speakers were rattly at low volume as if blown. Expected more at this price point.

    The ear buds are uncomfortable and hurts to wear for a long time. The sound quality is also not that good.

    I was excited to purchase these headphones for my daughter. Upon receipt they did not fit well and would not connect wireless to her phone as they should have. The sound quality wasn't great and we have only had them for 2 months and the speaker not longer works even though they have hardly been used. I do not recommend.

    I bought these headphones and ended up returning them,had almost 0 bass and the material seemed flimsy to me compared to some other headphones...if like these if they were about $20-25... I expected alot more from this brand but at least I know for the next time I'm looking for headphones.
