    These belong in the trash. They upgraded and made everything about them worst. The fit on the earbud is terrible, the sound quality is weird. No one can really hear you and if your in a loud space you can't hear them either. The worst pair of headphone by far

    Tinny sounding headphones

    I returned these as they sounded cheap and tinny, No bass tones. Plus they locked up on me the 2nd time I used them and wouldn’t turn on or off then after 10 minutes it took me over a dozen tries to get it paired to my phone.

    I do not like them. It is very hard for me to turn off and on due to my arthritis. Then after an hour use the battery is dead the next time I try to use them. I would return them if I could.

    The cable is super short and the in-ears are hard. I wanted to upgrade but it's not worth it when they are uncomfortable and difficult to use.

    I won't pay $99 for it, in my opinion this product worth $29 like the stuff from Walmart. It's not comfortable and make my ear hurts after awhile, the original JBL Mini BT is much better than this one.

    I had these for just over a week when after fully charging them one day, they failed to turn on. The on/ off button didn't work.

    I did not like these earbuds at all!! The sounds quality isn't good because there was no bass or middle. I returned them and bought Apple AirPods, which I LOVE!!!
