    I purchased these to replace another headset that finally wore out. They work fine with the exception of the cord catching on occasion when turning my head to the right.

    Easy to use but does not have the best function for what I needed during a workout. Range is not very far if you walk away from your phone it’s connected to.

    Can’t just get enough of JBL wireless headphones. That’s my 4th one and thanks to bestbuy for running a sale on it. I got it for $50.

    They were working fine, until they sounded funny when I turned them on on day and would not connect. They also would not shut off. When I got home, I plugged them in and tried again. They turned on but would not connect. I returned them to Best Buy after 2 weeks of purchase. They informed me that if I didn’t have the 2 year warranty (which thankfully I did), they would not have been able to exchange/return them. I also had to purchase another warranty for the new (exchanged) item.

    These are awesome. Just wish you could adjust bass for these and give it a little more boost than what they currently have while using to listen to music.

    Comfortable in the ear, sound quality ok (they are not Bose) but lacking in durability. I am a bit rough on earbuds and use them throughout the day and even at bedtime. Price is not bad but try to get them on sale.

    They won't connect to more than one device at a time. I have to disconnect each time I want to use them with my phone, iPad or computer.

    I could not get the earbuds to pair with my Google phone. They paired with my son's phone (different brand), so I am not sure what the issue was. I returned for refund.

    Nice wireless earbuds for the price

    Bought on price but they do a decent job once you wear them a couple hours to break them in. I would recommend JBL redesign the cushions so there is a little more versatility in the fit.

    Once again I have been unable to get this linked to my new iPhone, I am not a technological person. With the social distancing I have been unable to get anyone to help

      We're here to help with your JBL Reflect Mini 2. Please try these steps to pair the headphones. First, switch the headphones off. Then press and hold the center button on the headphone remote control for about 3-5 seconds. There'll be a blinking red/blue light indicating the unit is on pairing mode. There'll be a voice prompt stating “Looking for device”. You should see Reflect Mini 2 on your phones' Bluetooth settings. Choose that option, and wait for the voice prompt to state “Connected” JBL

    I loved the fit of these headphones. The overall sound quality was great, just not very loud, I could still hear outside noise over my music

    After two weeks of using the headset it quit charging. Will return tomorrow. I must say they stay in your ears easily

    A little to big for me. Plus I wish they had magnets which would keep them from falling off when not in use. But overall not bad for the price.
