Bought these after going through a couple of different brands all for the same reason. Poor call quality. These are no different. People can barely here me and they cut in and out. Also background noise to the person I'm calling can be piercing. Simple things like closing doors and walking in the snow. Battery life is good and they stay on my head well. Sound quality is poor nothing like beats. Bluetooth range is pretty far probably 30 feet. I will probably go back to beats because those have the best call quality. For 100 dollars I expect more. Probably will stay away from JBL anything from now on out.

It never stays connected. I have to "Forget the device" when ever I want to reconnect to it my phone. The battery life is a joke and the microphone is HORRIBLE. I gave it two stars for the convenience and mobility of the head set but it's not worth $100 at all.

I've used Bose earbuds for years and switched to the JBLs when I wanted a wireless setup for iPhone 7. My wife bought the Bose wireless ear buds and I didn't like how big they are, so I was happy to find these with a more compact design and I liked the reflective band as well. Unfortunately the sound is terrible. Absolutely no bass at all. Overall the sound is about 1/10th as good as the Bose wireless. It's like sticking a tweeter in your ear. Returning promptly.

After reading all the reviews i decided to go with these headphones. BIG MISTAKE the sound is horrible. They sound like a 20 dollar pair of headphones. Weak sound no bass and very low volume.

The cable is a bit short. I am 6 ft 250lbs and have to readjust ocassionally. Audio quality is superb, not loud to damage the ear, but sounds awesome. Would buy another one with geek squad protection.

These headphones are by far the worst ever in the entire world. Can't keep a charge, low battery life, uncomfortable and just an all around horrible piece of crud.

These fit perfectly and do not move while running.

headphones pair easily and fit in the ears fine, but the audio quality is not any better than from BT headphones 1/2 the price. I really expected more from the JBL name.

The sound quality was ok, they was comfortable and battery life was ok, but I had them for less then a year and they stopped working.

I enjoying wearing the headphones and their performance. they are a little fragile, so I got the 2 yr warranty.

Wow! I didn't know it was possible to manufacture in-hear headphones with such poor sound quality. I would say that they have the sound quality of the free earphones that they give away on airplanes, but that would do a disservice to the free headphones. Absolutely no sound (zero, none) in the bass range. Sounds like the singer is behind a cinder block wall. Truly awful.

i tried both sizes of the earpieces. the medium was too big. the small size fit but seemed to be too tight and gave me the feeling of clogged ears. it's just not comfortable. the sound quality is ok. i thought it would be better since i love my jbl bluetooth speaker i bought years ago. the range below average. i was less than 30 ft away and i could no longer hear my call.

I liked these headphones, sound is crisp and clear, the ear pieces fit nice and stayed, however, after two weeks, the ear piece fell apart. I did not use the headphones rough, just wore them to the gym for cardio, normal wear. I will be returning them and trying another product, instead. Sad to say JBL finally let me down :(

To start I will say that I normally LOVE JBL products. I have owned many different models that they put out. These wireless headphones were easily the worsts ones I have ever tried on and heard. I bought them because the reviews were pretty good (4.2 out of 5 at the time). I honestly do not see how people were able to give that type of rating. I will be going back to the jaybird brand.

This was a surprise gift. I was excited to have a wireless bt but after the first time I used it, I wasn't sure if they sound that bad or are a defective product.

i had a lower quality earbuds, i wanted to get something better under 100 dls so knowing that JBL makes good products i bought them as soon i open the box i got disappointed with the quality of the material, once i connected them to my cellphone the disappointed was bigger the sound quality is very bad my cheap old ones have better sound quality so i will return them

Previous reviews are only answers to questions - supplied by JBL. My experience with these is unsatisfactory. Sounds like listening through a pillow; and microphone is completely non-functional. Maybe it is just the pair I purchased, but upon returning them (Best Buy took them back very easily), I chose a different pair instead.

The sound is just so so and they are not comfortable.

Uncomfortable ear bud, very cheap quality sound, Low volume on mic. Good side : Last long Battery. This is the 3rd time I exchange Wireless headphones. I believe best buy should check them before they put them on the shelf. I don't recommend to anyone.
