Please note that if you have a large number of Apps open in your source device, this may block or overtax its processor. Try to close all or most active apps.

Sound quality was ok. Took them back ultimately

I used them on my way to my destination and then on my 5-hour flight home, and they died! I thought it was just the battery and I was kicking myself for it, but even after I plugged them in for a day they wouldn’t work. Unfortunately it was past the Best Buy return policy so I had to call JBL. The customer service person asked me to email the receipt. I did and she never returned my email. I tried contacting them again and they asked for an email, and same thing. I never got my money back and the product is apparently only 1x use. Never again purchase JLB headphones.

Posted .It sounds like your phone’s current Bluetooth settings set to Audio option only. To enable the microphone function, go to your phone's Bluetooth settings and select the REFLECT MINI BT settings. Tap on the Headset option, leaving both Audio and Headset options with a check mark. This will likely solve the issue.
