The earphone design is bad. It seems to have been meant for people with certain ear structures. They keep falling out of one or both ears often so I never wear them outside. Instead of being quiet when wearing everyone can hear it unlike my Sony which stays in the ear and no matter how loud you play no one hears it. I seldom wear it and if I do it's if no one is around. Due to not being able to find the receipt and pressing family matters I would have returned them immediately. Maybe because I can't get them in my ears properly that the sound is terrible and a bit raspy.

Bought wireless headphones for husband, who wears hearing aids. Took my $20 wired headphones because he can hear better out of the cheaper ones. Feel bad since they were a birthday present.

They are a basic pair of head phones. All of the ear pieces seem to plug your ears so you can hear your self chew or talk. They aren't that loud and the quality of the mic is poor

Purchased to use doing yard work and exercising. Didn’t last 1 month. Lots of static and keeps dropping out on one side.

Once connected to bluetooth on smartphone and play music it starts very low then it goes up. Not sure if this was a defective item that I purchased at that time.

These headphones feel very comfortable in your ear but the sound quality is horrible. They sound like a pair of cheap $15 headphones. I expected better quality for the price.

After reviewing a few wireless bluetooth headsets, our 1st pick was this set. However as stated in other review the sound quality is horrible for a JBL brand...

There ok on comfort but not great on sound invest more money to get something of higher quality my recommendation is the Jaybirds X2 those are flawless headphones.

Head phone work good but when using it for a phone call quality not that good and batter doesnt last as long. Bettwe products out there for cheaper

These headphones have me issues. I couldn't hear the music as well as I wanted. Outside noise was coming in. Didn't get loud enough for my preference.

I use earbuds under my helmet, it's hard to find fitting ear buds.. I couldn't get my helmet on without these slipping out.. Returned for a different kind

I tried them out BC the geek-squad protection is no longer available on the beats wireless but the earphones made me feel like I was under water.

Talking on the phone is terrible. U cant hear anything. Also microphone is so bad that people you talking have hard time hearing you.

I was so happy to try this earbuds expecting a louder sound for that price but wasn't good enough.

Sound quality was average. Also wouldn't stay in my ear. I ended up returning it and getting an over-ear wireless Beats headphone.

I guess there has been a problem with this product, after a few uses, they sound static or no sound in one ear at all.

I prefer my plug in Bose ear buds in terms of sound quality. This was my first time using wireless headphones. The sound was tinny.

So this product only comes with small and medium ear pieces. Maybe I read that some where but as ears are not universal I do not know my size...especially as there is so much variation between brands. I contacted JBL customer service and was told that they do not supply large ear pieces. So I guess that's what's 'Mini' about this product. Returned to Bestbuy within 24 hours.

I liked the sound of the first BT reflects, however, they broke way too easily... Was on my forth pair and then found what I'm guessing are newer versions (reflect minis). Whilst there are improvements to the build quality and responsiveness of the buttons, the loudness and bass has suffered somewhat... I'd say the clarity has improved, but if you're looking for that warm bass the old ones offered, then I would not recommend. Otherwise a decent set of earbuds that work well for the price, good for working out and running etc, also fit snug and comfortable too.

Man, this earphone is the worst. Cool brand but lacks significant bass.
