Spend the extra money on the Bluetooth Bose, they are so much better. When I bought these jbls I was excited bc jbl usually makes good stuff and they were the only ones so I thought they were popular. When I returned them there were 3 other pairs returned.

Great look, solid design, sound qaulity is horrible at best...anyone who gave good reviews on sound either never heard good sound or are fake reviews cause these are not worth 99.99 or 39.99 i got them for on sale.

Poor sound quality

They sound was not loud at all and the earbuds crackled from the first time I put them in. I returned the JBL Reflect Mini earbuds and exchanged them for the JBL Everest 100, which have much better sound quality.

Cant hear caller speak

Also, caller said they couldn't hear me. Parhaps this product is good in hearing music but not meant to use for phone calls.

Posted .It sounds like your phone’s current Bluetooth settings set to Audio option only. To enable the microphone function, go to your phone's Bluetooth settings and select the REFLECT MINI BT settings. Tap on the Headset option, leaving both Audio and Headset options with a check mark. This will likely solve the issue.

Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Overall the set is on point with their goal, it has 8 hours of battery life which is unheard from such a small set of headphones. One con is that the actual ear piece sticks out of your ear quite a bit but for the same reason, the battery and components has to be somewhere. The set is all overall light & so you'll never notice it & the biggest complaint on these wireless sets is getting the perfect fit. On these I never needed the wings, I just put on the medium set of fittings without the wings and bam! worked like a charm. The biggest con of this was the build, It's on par with JBL.. however i can see it's low end on some parts like the controls. The buttons where really responsive but for iPhones in general, you can't bring up "Seri" & you can't skip back a track. Also the controls have a little face plate, it came off and i could see all the internals. The circuitry is just sitting there ready to get all salty. Definitely not good if your sodium levels are a little high. I've had mine for about a month now and I'm pretty happy with the set, the face plate is no big deal, i mean it's technically an easy fix just a small dot of superglue and done.. don't worry jbl i got you.. the sound is good, base could be a little deeper but overall a clear sound. can't ask more from a 100 dollar pair of buds. hope this helps..

JBL does a lot of things well, however this is not one of those. Sound is thin and tinny. Waste of money... go with the Beats!

I realize that there may be some interference or just distance issues, but I'm less than 5 ft away from the receiver and another pair I have does not have the same delay.
