Posted .Thank you for taking the time to provide us with your feedback.The REFLECT MINI BT are in-ear headphones and must be pushed into your ear canal. If you push them into your ear canal, and accomplish a tight seal, you will hear plenty of bass, and it will sound great.

They have the best sound (especially bass, but you may need to download an equalizer app to appreciate it from your phone). The Bluetooth connectivity is miles ahead of my last set, and battery life is great too. They are very comfortable even after long workouts, and they stay in your ears as well. BB had these ½ off the normal price recently, so I decided to give them a try. I am glad I did, as they would be worth every penny of the normal price. The claim from some of the other reviewers that the volume doesn’t go high enough, might be valid for certain environments, but for most environments I’ve used them in, including fitness centers, the volume is adequate.

Tap on the Headset option, leaving both Audio and Headset options with a check mark. This will likely solve the issue.
