I always trusted JBL brand. I own a wireless speaker from them, very happy with a purchase. However these headphones are very bad. I am not sure why it has such a good rating. First of all headphones are very flimsy. One of my earbuds fell apart while I was unboxing. Sound quality is very bad. No bass, just treble it seems. Volume level is very low even if you crank it all the way up. If you in a public place or there is noise around you, like a busy road or whatever, you will not hear anything. I like JBL, however I wouldnt recommend it to anyone. You get better quality from $5 ones you buy at a gas station.

I want to like these headphones, and I do. But they need some work. The first annoyance might be with my computer, not the headphones. I have to pull down the bluetooth tab, find the headphones, and connect manually, every time. This is the case for phone, and computer, even when I only had one device synced to them. What really bugs me about this though, is that the headphones don't play any sort of connected sound. You get no indication you're all set up until you try to open and play a sound. Just make sure you have your speakers turned off first! In fact, they don't play any "short" sounds. No short sounds includes most "device connected" sounds, and the volume adjustment clicks on a Mac. You don't hear anything shorter than 1.5 seconds or so.

Sound quality is good and I've had no issues when listening to my music on them. My issues is that they just fell apart after I used them for the second time at the gym. I need to go and get them replaced, but I am currently holding them together with a piece of tape. There's really no excuse for these to fall apart after never being dropped or having anything fall on them. It's kinda ridiculous. Like I said the sound is pretty good otherwise I would have given one star. Unfortunately I can't recommend anything to anyone if I wouldn't buy the product again, given the chance.

Had clipping issues with my first pair, so i exchanged them for skull candy XT free, which ended up being worse, so I exchanged those for a new pair of JBLs. These new ones dont seem to have connection issues like the last pair, so im satisfied.

After the poor experience I had with my Dr. Dre Beat bluetooth earphone (which basically quit working, and I went through 3 exchanges and I finally gave up), I decided to use this brand. Horrible product, and it did not even last 1 work out. Down to the mile 7, it quit working, and nothing brought it back (was supposed to work 8 hours). I will return this and never look back. Don't waste your money, and time pals. How fool I was to buy a protection plan for it (thought it might last more than a month). This piece of junk did not even make it through the first test /hour! I am not sure how these companies dare to distribute such a poor quality product to the US market, and BestBuy, such a shame!

Decent pair of workout headphones, sound is pretty good and not bad for the price!

These headphones had great reviews and a long life with an average of 3 to 5 years.

low battery life instead of 8 is more like 4. God forbid it gets 1/2 down, it starts nagging you "battery low" every minute over and over. Doesn't let you hear your song properly without interruptions after. the sound quality inst that good. its pretty low even at max volume. The bass isnt good either. Just average headphones. Lg quad beats 3 beat these and their wired. For my first bluetooth headphones i am disappointed.

For the money, I recommend looking around a bit before settling for these. What I don't like: 1) they cut out if my phone is in my pocket or running sleeve. 2) the cord between the buds is way too "sticky" and it catches on my neck or shirt and then pulls out of an ear (or both). Ironically, if it is handing loose (buds not in my ears), it has a tendency to slide down one side - go figure. 3) the ear pieces are too big. This is a personal issue I know. My ear holes are small and these are just a wee bit too big.

If you work out in a gym like I do, these headphones are not for you. Not loud AT ALL, and the sound quality is lacking all together. No bass, even with the volume all the way. Cancel a little bit of noise but not too much. Also kept cutting in and out even when my phone was on me. Will be returning. Very bad quality for the price.

Lightweight and comfortable ear buds, don't fall out during activities; fairly durable compared to other wireless headsets; sound quality is exceptional! only knock (similar to all wireless headsets): I wish the battery lasted longer! Solution: keep one charger at work, bought a $9 micro-USB cable to charge when at home Overall: Highly recommended!

Do not buy. i bought these on Nov. 1st when i needed to replace my Sennheiser in ear sport headphones. i wanted a bluetooth pair so that i didn't have a wire flopping around while i was working out or running. They went full static and are now dead today on Nov. 14th (worked for only 13 days!?) I have several JBL products and these have seriously called their reputation into question. Terrible product. I am returning these for a different brand.

Was difficult to pair as instructions seem like they were translated from another language. I was eventually able to pair them to my iPhone 5S. They work, but constantly skip (several times per song). I am wearing them in my house with my phone in my pocket. I tried various distances, and they start cutting out about 10 feet from the phone.

Just a good pair. calls dropped and they would disconnect with a full charge. Not that comfortable. You get what you pay for!
