    I've had Jbl products in the past and have been completely satisfied so I thought these headphones would be awesome. I couldn't believe how weak they were. Thin, tinny, low volume and penetrating ambient noise. If you were sitting alone in a quiet room, they'd be ok but that's not what I got them for. Returned them the first chance I got!

    Had these buds for about a month and they are already cutting out on me. What good are headphones if I have to toy and fiddle with them like a pair of foil covered antennas on a '57 SuperZenith Tube Television?!? Good talk. Thanks for letting me vent. Xo

    I bought these to wear while riding my motorcycle. About an hour into my ride the ear piece fell apart. For the rest of my ride (8 hours) i only hear music from one ear.

    the cord is a stiff and does not like to untangle easily. the cords also make a lot of "noise" when they rub against your clothing or each other, or just in general

    Just bought this pair of earbuds as a wired replacement pair while my JLab bluetooth headphones are being warranty repaired. I plugged them into my Galaxy S6 for a 10 mile run and things were going great until about mile 5 when the inline remote stopped working and at mile 6, the remote was interacting with my phone oddly. The volume kept going up and down and songs kept changing forwards and backwards. I unplugged and let them sit for a few hours, but still had the same problems. I would have expected a lot more out of headphones marketed specifically for sports and running in this price range. The only plus for them was that the earpieces stayed in place and sound ranges were pretty good before they started to malfunction.

    Came malfunctioning

    Everytime that something touches the wire of the Headphones, you can hear a lot of interference, even if its just a slight touch, you can hear like a storm of interference. When I tried to complain, i couldn't return the product, because best buy says its not their problem, they were rude about it, and I couldn't even exchange it, so i completly wasted my money here.

    pick another headphone....the jbl reflect mini really has a short llife ! Mine lasted 7 weeks before the sound started going. Best buy did NOT let me refund or exchange....even though i am elite member
